Directions:

1. Wash your hands carefully.
2. Boil the bottle, bowl, and spoon.
3. Boil drinking water and allow it to cool.
4. Consult the feeding table, and pour the exact amount of previously boiled water into the bottle (look for ml markings on the bottle).
5. Consult the feeding table and add the exact number of leveled scoops for the baby's age. Shake the bottle well to dissolve the powder.
6. Feed the baby with a bowl and spoon. Discard leftover feed.
